Completed in August 2014, the quality of construction materials and design earned Villa Isabelle recognition in the 2015 International Property Awards. The concept was to design a spacious, luxurious villa that blends seamlessly with the local landscape while catering to modern desires and incorporating traditional Greek styles and accents. Isabelle delivers on all fronts.Located in an exceptional spot with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, olive groves, and nearby towns and villages, it is the perfect place for a holiday or a special event.The villa spans three floors:

• First Floor: A very spacious master bedroom with a sitting area, a large en-suite bathroom, and a fireplace. This floor also features loungers and a seating area.
• Middle Floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with direct access to the pool deck. This floor also boasts a spacious, beautifully designed open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, as well as a sitting and dining area.
• Lower Floor: Two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, each with its own bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room and access to a garage.

Outdoor Space:
The villa offers a stylish infinity pool of considerable size (140 m²) filled with crystal-clear freshwater. For children, there is a safe, smaller pool on the side (20 m²). The outdoor area includes 10 sun loungers, a large lounge, two seating areas, a built-in BBQ, a herb garden, lawns at the front and rear of the property, parking spaces, and other essential facilities, making it the perfect place to stay.This villa is an ideal venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. Please note there is a €1000 surcharge per event. All events are limited to a maximum of 50 guests and must receive prior approval from the owner.Services and Amenities:

• Cleaning service upon arrival, after departure, and mid-stay (for stays longer than 1 week) is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning can be booked before arrival at an extra cost.
• Bed linens, face towels, bath towels, and pool towels are provided.

• No groups under 24 years of age.
• Minimum stay: 7 nights (shorter stays may be requested).
