On entering the villa you will walk through large glass doors to a cosy and welcoming living area. If you look behind you, you will see the large 55 m2 private swimming pool within perfect view. There is a spacious deck with a lounge, plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool. On your right there is an outside bar, professional fridge and built-in BBQ to enjoy warm summer evenings.The villa consists of 3 levels. On the middle floor there is a spacious living area, a dining area for 10 and a fully-equipped kitchen, a veranda with a lounge corner and an outside dining area for 12. On the lower floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one of them with an extra single bed), a twin bedroom and a large bathroom. On the upper floor you will find 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a large private terrace with the most peaceful views over the olive groves.Cleaning service before arrival and after departure, and a mid-stay clean (only when staying 10 nights or longer) are included in the rental price. An additional cleaning can be booked prior to an arrival at an additional charge.The villa is an ideal venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. Please note that an additional event charge applies at 750€ per event. The owner has to pre-approve the event. All events should not exceed 60 guests.
