This beautifully designed villa is divided between the main house and a separate annex, making it ideal for families or couples travelling together. The interior is light and airy, offering all modern conveniences in a sleek, elegant layout.
In the main house, on the ground floor, there is an open plan living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, American coffee maker), as well as an air-conditioned double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.
Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and each with its own en-suite shower room.
The annex, located just a few metres from the main house, near the swimming pool, features a fourth double bedroom (with air conditioning) with its own en-suite shower room.
Outside, guests can enjoy a panoramic terrace with sea views, a private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 meters; depth: 1.4 meters), a barbecue area and ample space for dining and relaxing al fresco.
