Villa "Stefanos* offers a pleasant place to relax and a perfect location for making excursions in the region. The holiday home is built on a separate plot, bordered by stone walls, private pool and garden, located in a Cretan landscape with panoramic views on the sea and the mountains.
Helidonia Villas-STEFANOS is a holiday home with private pool and beautiful panoramic views, located near Rethymno town and the beach. It is a ground floor accommodation for 6 people. The entire living area is on one level.
It is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios, but also in close proximity to tourist areas such as Platanes 4 km with an extensive infrastructure of organized beaches, bars, taverns and Rethymno old town center 10 km. Shopping facilities for daily necessities can be found in the neighboring village of Pigi at 300 m. with butcher, bakery, grocery, taverns and café. The bus stop to Platanes and Rethymno beach: 180 m. The airports "Chania and Heraklion" are about 80 km away.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
The living area consists of a spacious open plan living room. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The living room has a three-person and a double sofa. SMART TV in the sitting area with ASTRA satellite connection for foreign channels. The living room has air conditioning (cooling/heating) and a fireplace in the sitting area.

KITCHEN
The holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, hob/extractor hood, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils.

LAUNDRY
Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack.
Beds made with sheets and blankets. Kitchen and bath towels are also provided. For stays of more than 7 nights, extra sheets/towels are provided depending on the length of your stay. Set of 2 medium and 2 large bath towels per person.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
