Our modern villa in Milatos, on the north coast of Crete, offers a combination of luxury, tranquility and comfort. With three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a spacious private pool and modern amenities, this property is ideal for families, couples and small groups of up to six people.
Location & Surroundings
The villa is located in the quiet, authentic Milatos, just five minutes from the sea. Here you will experience traditional Crete, far away from mass tourism but close to local taverns and amenities. The surrounding area offers beaches, hiking trails and charming coastal towns within a short drive: Sissi is 10 minutes, Agios Nikolaos 30 minutes and Heraklion airport 45 minutes. The villa can accommodate up to six people and is ideal for families, groups of friends and couples seeking space and privacy.
Comfort & Amenities
The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable and carefree stay. All rooms are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi. The living room has satellite TV and comfortable seating. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a washing machine, ironing board and spacious wardrobes in each bedroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer and full crockery and cooking utensils, ideal for all daily meals.
Layout & Space
The villa consists of two floors with spacious, brightly decorated rooms. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area with comfortable seating area, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will also find a double bedroom, private bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning in all areas. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. One of the rooms also has a balcony, television and coffee maker.
Private outdoor space
Outside, the villa boasts a spacious private setting with a swimming pool of 10 × 4 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas and several seating areas that invite you to spend relaxing days in the sun. On the 800 m² plot, you will find a sunny terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and plenty of space for dining or relaxing. Thanks to its location and layout, you will enjoy complete privacy and a quiet, natural atmosphere around the villa.
