The property is distributed over two floors and has been carefully designed with modern furniture, air conditioning and a warm atmosphere. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Zoi can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and spectacular views that stretch down to the shimmering Cretan Sea.

This two-storey villa welcomes guests into bright, modern interiors, furnished with comfort and simplicity in mind. On the ground floor you will find an air-conditioned living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Large windows provide access to the outdoor terrace and pool. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.
Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds (which can be joined on request). Both bedrooms have direct access to a shared terrace with extensive views over the hills and the sea. A second bathroom with shower is located on the upper floor.
