This elegant three-storey villa welcomes guests into a spacious, sunny interior where natural materials and modern comforts come together. The ground floor offers an entrance hall, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with double beds, all tastefully and hospitably decorated.
The first floor features a spacious living room with fireplace and access to a sea-view balcony, a bright dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a toilet and a cozy double bedroom with sea view.
On the top floor there is a beautiful master suite with a king-size bed and a private balcony with sea view, as well as a stylish bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned and the house is ideal for larger families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy.
