Villa Elia is a spacious and modern oasis with panoramic views of the hills. Recently renovated in 2025, the villa is distributed over two floors and offers stylish, air-conditioned interiors decorated with modern taste and attention to detail. With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 16/18 guests. Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully manicured garden, panoramic terrace, shaded dining area with a BBQ and a private swimming pool with a hot tub with waterfall – perfect for relaxing moments in the Cretan sun. The stunning sunsets and serene views complete the experience, making it an ideal destination for large families or groups of friends.

This spacious two-storey villa welcomes its guests in a bright and elegant interior, specially designed for large groups. The main living area, located on the upper floor, consists of a living room with smart TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The interiors are designed for comfort and functionality, while embracing the natural surroundings.
The ground floor consists of 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, including two rooms with bunk beds suitable for children. The upper floor (accessible via an external staircase) includes 3 additional bedrooms and a large communal area that opens onto a quaint furnished terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each bathroom is fitted with a shower.
Outside the villa, the private swimming pool (10.5 x 4.75 meters) and the outdoor whirlpool (2.50 x 2.25 meters) provide the perfect places to cool off and relax. The outdoor dining and lounging areas are ideal for long summer meals, while the sunbathing area provides space for everyone to relax.
