Villa Selene
Villa Selene is an oasis of tranquility just 600 meters from the sea, close to the lively coastal area of Agia Marina on the island of Crete. This modern villa offers privacy, comfort and easy access to beaches and local taverns.
Set in an enclosed garden and featuring its own private pool, the villa offers a peaceful and well-appointed place to relax. With four bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8-10 guests. The interior is spacious and modern, combining sleek design with the warmth of a Mediterranean style.
Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying a BBQ dinner in the outdoor dining area, or exploring the shops and restaurants of nearby Agia Marina, Villa Selene provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable Cretan holiday. For larger groups, it is also possible to rent the identical adjoining villa (Villa Irida), which can accommodate up to 20 guests spread over both properties.

This newly built villa occupies a generous area of 200 m² spread over one floor. Guests are welcomed into a large open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, 4-burner hob, dishwasher). Large glass doors give direct access to the private garden and pool area.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. Two bedrooms come with two single beds (convertible into a double bed on request), while the other two have a double bed. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. A laundry room with a washing machine completes the interior.
