Villa Irida
Villa Irida is a modern and welcoming retreat with a private pool and garden, located just 600 metres from the sea in the lively coastal village of Agia Marina, on the beautiful island of Crete. Surrounded by the comforts of a well-maintained area and within walking distance of beaches, tavernas and shops, the villa offers an ideal escape for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing yet well-connected holiday destination.
This newly built villa is completely detached and carefully designed with modern furniture, bright interiors and all the comforts needed for a hassle-free stay. With 4 en-suite bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Outside, guests can enjoy a private fenced garden, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue area and a large private swimming pool. For larger groups, it is also possible to rent the identical adjoining villa (Villa Selene), which can accommodate up to 20 guests spread over both properties.

This spacious two-storey villa welcomes guests into an airy and stylish interior, designed for comfort and convenience. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed and access to the garden, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of 1 twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double bed) and an en-suite shower room, and 3 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. All rooms are air-conditioned and tastefully decorated, creating a calming environment for every guest.
The villa's beautifully landscaped garden and pool are ideal for outdoor living, whether you're enjoying a morning coffee, taking a dip in the pool, or dining under the stars.
