This modern villa has been tastefully decorated and carefully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with satellite TV, a gym (with treadmill and weights), a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
The first floor features a bright, open living and dining room with a bar and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, microwave), with direct access to the outdoors.
The second floor includes a master bedroom with double bed with en-suite bathroom (whirlpool bath) and private terrace, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with an additional trundle bed (on request), also with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the third floor, you will find a panoramic roof terrace with a private swimming pool (depth: 0.55 meters), an outdoor shower and a furnished outdoor dining area.
