There is an open plan space with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor of the villa. The big glass doors upgrade the property by revealing the sensational sea view from the terrace and patio.
From the living room, glass doors lead to a large covered veranda and deck. An amazing outdoor dining area with build-in sofa is overlooking the bay and the infinity swimming pool. The uninterupted sea view can be enjoyed from the comfortable teak loungers around the pool.
The internal stairs leading to the first floor, where we have two spaceous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. Additionally, there is a walk-in closet in each room and a private balcony with stuning sea views.
On the lower level connected with internal stairs are two more bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a double bed and the second one has twin beds which would be ideal for children. Of course, both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, on this level is a cloakroom with toilet.
