Villa Oraio Meros (meaning “Nice Place” in Greek) is a beautiful seaside villa with a private pool, perfect for up to six guests. Set along the town boulevard and just 200 meters from the sea, it offers a relaxed, stylish setting where comfort and simplicity come together. With elegant décor, calm surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the heart of Paleros.
The space
The villa is divided into two areas: the main building, which includes the master bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room, and a second section with two guest bedrooms located just across the outdoor deck.
The living room and kitchen are bright and open, with large glass doors looking straight out to the sea. The sliding doors open fully, connecting the inside with the pool and terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you might need — coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. The living area has comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the sunrise, relaxing with a book, or watching movies on the 50″ TV.
The master bedroom has beautiful views of Lefkada, Paleros, and the Ionian Islands through its full-length glass doors. It has a large double bed with a cocomat mattress for a good night’s sleep and an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobes, and a spacious desk area for a laptop or work essentials.
The two guest bedrooms sit just a few steps away from the main villa. Each has a cocomat double bed, its own rain shower, good storage, and a bright nook with shelves that can be used as a small work space. Between the two rooms, you’ll find a shared area with a W.C. and two stone washbasins. Please note that these rooms are not internally connected to the main house.
Outdoor area
The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and spending time together. A large shaded dining table is ideal for enjoying meals outside.
The private pool offers a refreshing cool-down during hot days, and four teak sunbeds around it provide plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a drink with a view.
