Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio) that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. The patio has a seating area with table for six. The private pool measures 3.5 by 7 metres. A seating area, two parasols and four teak loungers are part of the outdoor area. There is also a simple outdoor kitchen and a fridge for drinks. There are fans above the table the patio is equipped with a sunshade.
The main living area consists of a cosy living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room has a full-width sliding door, beautifully overlooking the pool, terrace, village and sea. The living room has a dining table for six, a comfortable seating area and a smart TV.
Adjacent is Villa Dimi's master bedroom with a double bed, spacious fitted wardrobes, a separate toilet, a sink and a walk-in rain shower. This room also has a sliding door with the same view as from the living room.
There are two guest rooms in the other part of Villa Dimi. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto the patio. Both are also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and a walk-in rain shower. One guest room has a double bed, while the other guest room has two single beds that are joined but can be pushed apart. The latter guest room also has a smart TV.
The guest rooms are separated by a room with two sinks and a separate toilet. Between the guest rooms and this room are sliding doors for any desired privacy.
All bedrooms have mirrors; the guest rooms also have a small worktop. The whole villa is equipped with Wifi whose signal is amplified by a Mesh system. All windows have musquito sliding doors and have electric locking shutters. Finally, the villa has four air-conditioning units, one in each room. There is no private parking, but the villa is adjacent to a public car park where there is space for five cars.
Children are welcome at Villa Dimi, but for the very little ones, it is important to note that the pool runs flush with the terrace and the terrace is about 1 metre above the garden. There is no fence around the pool and terrace. These hazards are at your own risk. Villa Dimi accepts no liability.
In principle, no car is needed to stay at Villa Dimi, but a car makes it very easy to visit the Paleros area, including the nearby beaches.
Cleaning and linen changes are included in the price.
Villa Dimi takes care of both fees municipality and durability therefore no additional charges are added to our prices.
No more than six people are allowed to stay in Villa Dimi.
