As you step into the property, you’re greeted by a spacious entrance area, perfect for storing coats and shoes before heading upstairs to the heart of the home. Here, an elegant open-plan living and dining space awaits, boasting soaring high ceilings, a charming bay-fronted window, and stunning period details that add character and warmth.

Flowing seamlessly from the dining area, the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare anything from leisurely home-cooked meals to quick and easy breakfasts. Beyond the kitchen, a bright and airy sunroom houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, offering both practicality and convenience. My name is Louise and I am of Dutch nationality. I love to travel and go places. I am delighted I have been given the opportunity to open up my recently renovated Victorian townhouse in this popular seaside resort on the Isle of Wight. The house has had a major make over including new plumbing and boiler, electricity, plaster work and paintwork. In the process I discovered wonderful and original Victorian features and I am very proud to own his spacious and comfortable property.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs the host on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter will still be liable for the full rental price.
