Beautiful spacious apartment of approximately 65m² with spacious balcony, within walking distance of the ski slope and in the middle of the cozy center of Winterberg. The apartment has two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with infrared sauna and a fireplace in the living room. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed. 

The large glass walls in the living room offer a lot of light in the apartment and a beautiful view. The living room has a luxurious open kitchen with a spacious dining area and a comfortable sitting area. Through the terrace door you have access to the spacious balcony. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, an infrared sauna and a washer-dryer combination.

A double sofa bed can be used in the living room. Pets are allowed at an additional cost of €10 per dog per night and there is a high chair and a cot (without bed linen) available.

The prices include made beds, bath linen and final cleaning.

When you think of summer holidays, you may not immediately think of Winterberg, while this place has so much beauty to offer in the summer and all that close to home! You will find endless hiking trails through the beautiful nature and there are many beautiful cycling routes for every level. For the real adventurers, there is the Bikepark Winterberg; Germany's largest mountain bike track. On a hot summer's day, you can cool off at one of the swimming pools or lakes in the immediate vicinity. From the apartment you can walk straight onto the pleasant shopping street of the center of Winterberg, where you can choose from cozy terraces for a drink in the sun!

From Utrecht you can be on the ski slope in Winterberg within 3 hours! The  apartment at Residences Central Winterberg is within walking distance of the Skiliftkarussell Winterberg. Here you will find 26 lifts and more than 27.5 km of slopes. Enough to enjoy a wonderful winter sports holiday for a long weekend, a midweek, a week or maybe even longer.

In the ski area there are several nice restaurants and bars on the slopes for a delicious lunch or a hot snack. On some evenings, a number of slopes are floodlit and you can go night skiing. When you get home, you can warm up in your own infrared auna!
