Our house is located at an altitude of 712.5 meters, in the most beautiful and best location of Winterberg!
Directly on the ski slopes, walking and cycling routes and yet only a 10-minute walk from the cozy center. From the house you always have the magnificent view of the ski jump and the mountains and valleys of the Sauerland. In the immediate vicinity are also the tennis courts, bobsleigh run, (summer) toboggan runs, bike park, climbing forest and many other leisure activities. The house is furnished in such a way that everyone feels right at home and that all year round.
Winterberg has a lot to offer to enjoy all year round, during all seasons. In winter, of course, lots of snow fun; the connected ski area of Winterberg starts right on the doorstep! Spring, summer and autumn is ideal for mountain biking, cycling, cycling (especially with an e-bike), motorcycling and of course hiking which can be done all year round. Always in beautiful nature with different views and views!
This is a detached house divided into 2 houses. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both houses of over 150m2 each are almost identical in layout and equipped for 8 people. In total, there is room for 16 people. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 spacious balconies and the apartment on the ground floor has 3 large terraces with several bbqs and in the garden there is also a concrete table tennis table, climbing frame with swing, slide and seesaw. There is plenty of free parking at the house.
Both houses have 3 spacious bedrooms; 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (double bed 1,80x2,00m) with TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90x2,00m) and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (0,90x2,00m) On arrival, the beds are already made for you. The spacious bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet, double sink, radio and hair dryer. Your towels are also ready. There is also a separate toilet.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped and equipped with a combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, DolceGusto machine and a traditional coffee maker. The pantry is the washing machine and dryer. In the living room is the spacious dining area, a cozy sitting area with a soapstone wood stove, (smart) TV with all Dutch channels and of course there is WiFi. The house has a full basement. In the basement the skis, snowboard and toboggan can be safely stored. There is also a heated ski boot rack for 20 pairs of ski boots, snowboards and gloves. Bicycles, mountain bikes and motorcycles can also be safely stored in the basement. There is also a games room in the basement with a cozy bar, table tennis table, pool table, dartboard and professional match football table from Bonzini. In addition, there is an infrared sauna for 2 to 3 people in the basement.
Good to mention is that the apartment on the ground floor is wheelchair friendly; There are no thresholds and there is plenty of room to maneuver inside. This also applies to the bathroom. A shower chair is provided as well as hand bars and toilet grab rails. On request, an electrically adjustable high-low bed can also be placed.
