Wonderful stay in our luxury villa Alexander in Neuastenberg (Winterberg) a stone's throw from Winterberg. The villa is very spacious for a relaxing stay and beautifully situated on the sunny Wiese and in winter directly on the ski slope.
The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a sauna and bath. The villa offers 4 bedrooms and everything is located on the ground floor. Outside there are sunbeds and both sun and shade spots in the summer. Neuastenberg is a cozy place with a few restaurants around the corner. If you want to look for the hustle and bustle, you can reach cozy Winterberg within a very short time.
In winter, the villa is located directly on the ski slope of Neuastenberg and you can step straight into the snow from the house. There is après-ski, ski rental and ski lessons in the village. The large ski area of Winterberg is a 5-minute drive away (P5) and so there is a variety of skiing options for both the novice and the advanced skier directly in front of your home or in the very close vicinity. You can also use the ski bus.
In the summer it is an ideal base for an active summer holiday. The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful natural environment with endless walking and cycling routes. This area is very popular with motorcyclists because of the challenging tour opportunities. There is also a lot to do for children, such as: swimming pools, ziplining, Fort Fun and so on. For your relaxation you can visit one of the wellness and spas.
