We have an apartment in the town of Neuastenberg in a beautiful location in Sauerland. In the middle of a nature reserve and only a 5-minute drive away is the cozy town of Winterberg. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor at an altitude of 780 m. Behind the house is a large lawn. Children can play well here. There is a playground 100 meters from the apartment.
From the apartment you can enjoy a magnificent view and you can make endless walks in the area of the Rothaarsteig from the apartment. The beautiful landscape also offers ample opportunities for cyclists, mountain bikers and downhillers.
The slopes of the Postwiese ski area in Neuastenberg are just over 400 m away. The ski area is also equipped with snow cannons and piste lighting for evening skiing. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several trails for cross-country skiers.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet and a sink. The comfortable living room has an open kitchen with a combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, a ceramic hob with extractor hood, kettle and a filter coffee maker. From the living room you have access to the large south-facing balcony of 15m2. The living room has a TV with satellite reception (with Dutch and German channels) and a radio/CD player.
The apartment has a second toilet and a very spacious storage cupboard.
The storage room has a washer-dryer combination and space to store the skis.
Wifi is free and you can also use a private parking space. Bicycles can be placed with the key manager. The manager lives 100m from the apartment.
