Haus All Seasons is a charming and cosy holiday home in the idyllic village of Neuastenberg, just a stone's throw from the popular Winterberg. Comfortable rooms and a warm, personal atmosphere await you here – ideal for couples, families or small groups who want to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the Sauerland.

Thanks to its convenient location, Haus All Seasons is the perfect starting point for hikers, cyclists and skiers: Discover the scenic routes of the Rothaar Mountains, go on varied bike tours or experience pure winter fun on the nearby slopes.

Our house has 4 rooms with private sanitary facilities and 3 rooms with shared sanitary facilities.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is based on 10 people. The surcharge for extra persons is € 35.00 per person per night.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
