Enjoy in the heart of the Sauerland in our Suite Kahler Asten in Haus All Seasons. You will stay with us on a bed and breakfast basis. In addition to the suite with private bathroom, you can use the communal living room, breakfast room and sauna with relaxation room in our house.

Comfortable rooms, a rich breakfast and a warm, personal atmosphere await you here – ideal for couples, families or small groups who want to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the Sauerland.

Thanks to its convenient location, Haus All Seasons is the perfect starting point for hikers, cyclists and skiers: Discover the scenic routes of the Rothaar Mountains, go on varied bike tours or experience pure winter fun on the nearby slopes.

We, Sebastiaan and Susanne, have been in love with the beautiful Winterberg for years. Every season there is something to enjoy, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, the fresh air of the mountains, the snowy peaks, the starry skies, the pure silence and the green forests.
You can now enjoy this too! We rent rooms in our quietly located house in Winterberg.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
