The house has been completely renovated and redecorated in a maritime style. It is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The kitchen is fully equipped, you have a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob and a microwave oven.
Opposite the open kitchen is the combined living/dining room with plenty of space, large patio doors leading outside so you can have breakfast outside in the morning.
The living room feels spacious and light thanks to the large window and high ceiling. A Full HD TV with a screen diagonal of 40 inches and a CI+ card slot, satellite system and Smart TV, Apple TV are also included, as is an integrated 2.1 sound system with a player for CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays, integrated radio and a USB port for smartphones, USB sticks, MP3 players, iPods or iPads.

You have fast and free access to WLAN/WiFi internet throughout the house and on the terrace. The Colonia sofa bed can easily be converted into a comfortable bed for 2 people.
You sleep on a real mattress with a springy metal grid and a 2-zone slatted base made of solid beech wood slats - in terms of sleeping comfort, such a dream sofa is in no way inferior to a real bed. The cozy bedroom has a large king-size master bed with 160x200cm sleeping surface , a 24cm thick pocket spring mattress and a 5cm thick, very elastic mattress topper.

The bathroom, like the rest of the house, is modern and tastefully decorated; it has a large shower, towel heater, large LED lit mirrors and plenty of storage space.
The open south-facing terrace is equipped with teak garden furniture, chair cushions, etc., and offers a fantastic view over the Altenau Valley with sun from morning to evening.

The park is car-free, there are two large free parking spaces. A contact person for all matters is on site.
The landscape park is located on the sunny southern slope of the Altenau Valley on the edge of the Teutoburg Forest, the Egge Mountains and the Sauerland Nature Park.

The intact and varied low mountain landscape forms the perfect backdrop for nature lovers, hikers, culture enthusiasts, winter sports enthusiasts and recreationists. The large forest area and the mountains invite you to walk and cycle. There are many sights and attractions in the area, brochures and tips for excursions can be found at the reception. There is a restaurant, a 14-hole miniature golf course, two children's playgrounds, table tennis, volleyball and a football field. The Atteln natural swimming pool is only 2 km away and invites you to swim in the Altenau waters.
