The facilities and location will inspire you. The house has been completely rebuilt and refurnished in country house style. It is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday:
The kitchen is fully equipped, they have a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob with oven.
Opposite the open kitchen is the combined living/dining area with plenty of space, the large patio door can be opened to the outside, so that you can have breakfast in the morning on the large terrace.
The living room looks spacious and bright due to the large panoramic window and the high ceiling. A smart TV with a screen diagonal of 50 inches is also included, as is an integrated 2.1 sound system with player for CDs, DVDs and Blurays. Throughout the house and on the terrace you have a fast and free private fiber optic Wi-Fi/WiFi Internet access.
If necessary, you can transform the large sofa bed into a comfortable bed for 2 people with a simple movement. You sleep on a real mattress with a sprung metal grid and a 2-zone slatted frame made of solid beech wood slats - in terms of sleeping comfort, such a dream sofa is in no way inferior to a "real" bed.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house:
- In the large master bedroom you will find a king-size box spring bed, a large wardrobe and a 40 inch smart TV. The bedroom has a sheltered, covered terrace area, from the bed you have a fantastic view of the Altenau valley.
- The "Black & White" bedroom impresses with its special style, there you will also find a king-size box spring bed, a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe and a 50 inch smart TV.
- The "Miami Beach" room offers two 90x200 cm box spring beds, a large chest of drawers and also a 50 inch Smart TV in a pastel-colored ambience.
The house has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and a rainforest shower, the other bathroom with a large washbasin and mirror as well as a raised bathtub. The highlight: thanks to the built-in 40-inch smart TV, they can enjoy their favorite channels while bathing. The heart of the house is the large entrance area with wardrobe, storage and plenty of space.
The house is heated by underfloor heating, which is operated by a modern heat pump with a PV and thermosolar system.
The open south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a lounge and offers you a fantastic view over the valley with sun from morning to evening. The park is car-free, so it has two large parking lots. They can reach the house via the upper car park with a 100-metre walk, and extra luggage trolleys are available for their luggage.

The park is car-free, there are two large free parking lots. In the holiday park itself there is a launderette with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
The restaurant "Die Fabrik", located on the park grounds, offers you a rich selection of international food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere, and the view from the restaurant and the large, covered terrace is spectacular.
There are two children's playgrounds for children in the park and a 14-hole mini-golf course, a table tennis table and a volleyball and football field for young and old. The Atteln Nature Pool is just 2 km away and invites you to swim in the chlorine-free Altenau water.
Shopping facilities for daily needs are also available in the village of Atteln, two kilometres away, or in Lichtenau, five kilometres away. For a city tour, the landlord recommends a visit to the district and university town of Paderborn, which is only 16 km away. Here you can expect extensive shopping opportunities and the diverse sights of a city steeped in history.
