Article 5. Annul

5.1. Up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant can cancel his reservation in case of urgent need.

5.2. The deposit will then be used to cover the costs. In case of later cancellation, the full rental price must be paid.

5.3. In the event of premature termination of the stay, the full rental amount remains due.

5.4. You must take out cancellation insurance with your own insurer.
