The prices are always for 2 people, each additional person costs € 30.00 extra per night .

If animals are simply brought along without prior booking, the landlord can charge a cleaning fee of up to 100.00 euros (net)

Cancellation

If the guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the host by email (even if they have already informed the host by phone, for example).

Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest , the host will charge the following amounts:

30 days (exclusively) before the day of arrival 0 % of the agreed price 

From 30 days ( inclusive) before the day of arrival 70% of the agreed price

From 15 days (inclusive) before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed price

From 14 days (inclusive) before the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the agreed price

In the event of a cancellation on our part, as a result of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances, possible failures or disruptions in water or electricity supply, as well as events and consequences due to force majeure are hereby excluded. as well as other circumstances for which they are not responsible make performance impossible; liability is limited to the reimbursement of the costs. In the event of justified withdrawal, the customer is not entitled to compensation - liability for travel and hotel costs is not assumed. 

There is a general ban on smoking in the apartment. In the event of violations, the provider may charge a cleaning fee of up to 100.00 euros (net). Smoking is only allowed on balconies .
