Your cosy temporary holiday home. 
The prices depend on the season and the number of people, max. 4 adults and possibly a baby or toddler, bring your own camping cot.

Check-in between 15:00 and 20:00 will be later than in consultation.
Check-out until 10:30 am.

Information about the holiday home:

The holiday home is located in the beautiful and quiet wine village of Briedel on the Moselle. Bedrooms: 2 (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds)Living room: with Smart TV (Netflix) Free internet.
Bathroom, the toilet is in a separate room.

The apartment has a nice terrace with garden furniture. 
There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate room of the holiday home.

Costs for a washer-dryer and detergents are EURO 5,-- each time.

Kitchen with accessories: a refrigerator and a Senseo and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. 

Coffee, tea, sugar, evaporated milk, sweeteners, and something to drink for the first day is provided.

A small dog by appointment with your hostess, separate agreements will be made with the guest in advance, and this will incur additional costs.

Free parking in front of the door, and a garage for bicycles and motorcycles 🏍

My name is Marian Pieters, I am your hostess and owner of Ferienwohnung Meijer.
I have been enjoying the Moselle, the vineyards and the beautiful surroundings for years.
From September 2022 I will rent out this lovely holiday home close to the Moselle.
The house is located in a quiet area with all facilities next door, such as a bakery, restaurants and wine bar in the village of Briedel, you can taste and buy wine at the wineries, and follow the process of wine making.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price does not include a cleaning fee of EURO 37.50, which will be paid at the time of booking.

If you bring a dog (you), please contact me in advance, I have to agree to this.

The extra costs for cleaning when bringing your dog (you) are one-time for a maximum of one week EURO 20.00 for a booking of more than a week the extra amount is EURO 25.00 and outside of that there is an extra EURO 3.00 per night for the stay of your dear pet.

If you want to do a wash in between in addition to the final wash, which I do of course, this is EURO 5.00 per wash, this is for the use of detergent, dryer and washing machine. 

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that you pay 50% of the reservation costs, if you do not show up on the day of reservation you pay 100% of the costs.

You can take the ferry to Beilstein, or you can go by car, there is enough parking space, you enjoy the terraces of Burg Beilstein, where you can immediately enjoy the beautiful view with a drink and snack. And runs through the beautiful place Beilstein, with the beautiful half-timbered houses.

Take this nice ferry from Alf to Bullay and enjoy the Moselle and a drink. You can also make a nice trip on a Moselle ship here. You can go in all directions by bike, car and motorcycle.

This is the so-called three Burgenblick because you can see three castles from this point. There are approximately 40 castles and castle ruins in this area.

In autumn, the swallows gather before leaving for the south. In the summer they tumble through the air, a spectacle that never gets boring.
