The apartment is located on the first floor of a new building in the heart of Dangast, the southernmost North Sea resort in Germany. But despite this central location, you can enjoy a holiday full of deceleration, as the apartment is shielded from the main street of the village. From the large south-facing balcony you look into the beautiful garden of the building and from the smaller north-facing balcony you can see the Jade Bay and the Wadden Sea.
The cozy living area of the apartment consists of a comfortable sofa with armchair, a dining table for four people and an open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with branded appliances and many practical kitchen utensils. The high-quality furnishings in a modern design create a pleasant ambience. Although you are only on the first floor, the construction of the property gives the impression of staying in a luxurious penthouse.
The apartment also impresses with its own full-fledged sauna and a cozy fireplace with large glass panes in the living room. Both spread a lot of cosiness, especially on rainy or cold days, and make a holiday a relaxing experience at any time of the year. After a sauna session, the balconies offer the opportunity to cool off. Loungers for resting are ready. In winter, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a large bathroom with shower. A total of up to four people can be accommodated in the apartment. You can park your car under the carport in the courtyard of the building and for your bicycles there is a lockable storage room with sockets for charging e-bikes.
