With 5 bedrooms, this house offers space for at least 9 people. With two extra mattresses in the loft and the option to expand the sofa bed downstairs, you can easily accommodate 12 people here. At Christmas we were there with the whole family. Delicious.

When you enter the hall you already get the feeling of space. Please take a look at the photos of all rooms. The house is characterized by large rooms with many windows. You will also find space outside. A large south-facing garden with distant views and (in the picking season) delicious plums, enough space to park the car(s), space for your bicycles (shed not shown). If you are tall, like us, you will also like that there are several beds of 2.10 m respectively. be 2.20m.

The kitchen is very complete. Equipped with all amenities for cooking or baking. The large table is suitable for at least 10 people, but 12 is also possible. Want to play a game at the table or read the newspaper undisturbed? Computer work or business meeting? Then take a seat in the library. Or relax on the lounge chair in the living room and relax.

NB. The garden is not completely fenced and there is a pond.

Welcome to our holiday home ELF!

We are Reiniera and Gus. We live in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, and have three daughters. Two are studying in Delft and Utrecht and one is still in school and still living at home. The house is named after the first letters of their names. Every time we come to our holiday home, a smile comes to our face. We enjoy the space, the tranquility, the surroundings. We wish you the same.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs are:

cleaning afterwards (mandatory)
Possible rental of bed linen and towels (currently not possible)
any tourist tax (currently included)

In addition, we ask for a deposit. You will get this back after your stay after deducting the cleaning costs and compensation for any damage to the house. If the deposit after deduction of the cleaning costs is insufficient to compensate for the damage, the landlord and tenant will consult about further compensation.

The house is non-smoking. If you do smoke in the house, we also count this as damage. This can also apply to excessive dirt.

Annul
It can always happen that you wish to cancel the booking for whatever reason. Always inform the landlord by e-mail.
The landlord charges the following amounts:

cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 59th and the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 21 days before the start of the rental period or during the rental period: 100% of the rental price
