My name is Jolanda, and I discovered this beautiful place during holidays, loved it so much that I even wanted to live there. In our search for a house, we ran into this great challenge.
A beautiful detached house with rental potential.
I didn't hesitate for long and seized this great opportunity.

Now we have taken over from the previous owners, and are now living in Bad Sachsa ourselves from this summer.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately.
