The bungalow
If you want to taste the real Africa but still enjoy luxury, this comfortable bungalow is recommended. Just outside the authentic village of Brufut, the house is located on 3000 m2 of land in a lush garden. The flowers and plants in the garden attract many birds and butterflies.
The bungalow is equipped with: a modern kitchen with large refrigerator, freezer, gas hob and coffee maker. The large living room has: a lounge with TV, a dining table with chairs and a large billiard table.
The large master bedroom has: a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a spacious wardrobe. There are also two separate bedrooms, each with a large double bed and 1 large bathroom with a separate toilet.
There is also a large terrace with: a lounge unit, a dining table with six chairs and an integrated swimming pool. The house also has a barbecue.
Service
Lamin lives on site with his family in a separate staff house, separated from the bungalow by a green hedge. Lamin and his hospitable family provide you with everything you need for a relaxing and carefree holiday. Providing breakfast, lunch and dinner, Lamin also provides cleaning and transport to the beach and the tourist strip. For excursions we recommend booking our official guide, as he or she has the correct license to do so.
Location
The house is a ten-minute drive from the beach and a five-minute drive from a large nature reserve. If you want to look for good restaurants and nightlife, the strip is a fifteen-minute drive away. Lamin is available for transport at any time. Feel free to ask us for a list of top restaurants or other nice places to eat. Please note: the video on this site is no longer current. Part of the original 5000 meter garden is now built on. Furthermore, the video gives a good impression of the garden and the house.
Transport to and from the airport
Upon arrival at the airport, Lamin is ready to take you to the house. He will also take you back to the airport upon departure.
Field trips
There is also the possibility to do various excursions from the house to all parts of Gambia with our professional tour guide and bird watcher Alhagie. He has 15 years of experience and holds an official license.

- the Mandinka roots tour with a canoe trip through the river to one of the largest trees in Gambia, a visit to a real compound, and a traditional 'Masquerade'.
- a multi-day trip to the middle/east of Gambia with a visit to Baboon Island where wild chimpanzees live, a visit to Georgetown, and a boat trip on the most beautiful creek in Gambia
