🌿 Charming stay in the Vendée – peace, space and sea
Welcome to this Vendée estate of character, just a 10-minute drive from the vast sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. Here you can enjoy swimming, surfing, board sailing or just enjoying the sun. In the area you will find a variety of cozy restaurants – from charming and affordable to culinary and sophisticated.
🚴 ♀️ The region is a paradise for cyclists: discover the varied landscapes of dunes, forests, bocages and fields via well-maintained cycle paths.
This old farmhouse, lovingly restored since its purchase in 2000, offers a unique blend of authenticity and comfort. I live in the main residence myself, while the spacious guest house annex is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday.
🏡 The guesthouse – comfort and character
• Kitchen (17m²): fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer.
• Bathroom: with shower and bidet. Separate toilet.
• Utility room: equipped with washing machine and dryer.
• Entrance hall (10m²): with desk and chairs, and possibility of an extra (5th) bed.
• Bedroom 1 (10m²): double bed (160x200cm).
• Bedroom 2 (9m²): two single beds (90x200cm).
All beds are made on arrival and the duvets are washed after each stay. The accommodation is fully furnished and includes linen and towels.
🌞 Outdoor living & extras
• Cozy gazebo with table and chairs.
• Deckchairs for relaxing moments in the sun.
• Table d'hôte: possible up to 3 times a week – enjoy a home-cooked meal in a warm atmosphere.
Rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday.
