We live in the main residence.

In addition to a large guesthouse, there is a small guesthouse/studio. This guesthouse is also equipped with many amenities and is suitable for two adults and a maximum of 2 children.

Living room with open kitchen (18m2) with fridge/freezer combination and ceramic hob. Bedroom (over 11m2) with two single beds (80x200) and an ensuite bathroom (6.5 m2) with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

There is also a washing machine.

There is a large covered terrace with furniture available.

Rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday.

I am Magda, 73 years old and widowed since the beginning of 2023, I have lived at this address for almost 25 years. My family and I have been visiting the area since 1982. I know this place like the back of my hand. We moved here because of the climate, the space and the tranquility.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are for a stay of 2 people. Each person extra €10,- p.p.p.n. up to max 4 people.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
