Annex is the large guesthouse with large kitchen-diner (over 17m2), which is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob and fridge/freezer combination. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. The spacious entrance hall (over 10m2) contains a writing table with two chairs and offers the option of placing a 5th bed, which could also be located elsewhere in the accommodation.
One bedroom (10m2) has a double bed (160x200).
One bedroom (over 9m2) has two single beds (90x200).
The beds are made and the duvets are washed after each use.
The property is fully furnished and is rented including linen and towels.
Outside there is a cozy gazebo with table and chairs. Sun loungers are also available.
Table d`hôte is possible (max 3x per week).
The mandatory cleaning costs and use of linen are €125 for stays of up to two weeks based on 2 people and €150 based on 4 people.
Annex there is also a small guesthouse/studio. This guesthouse is also equipped with many amenities and is suitable for two adults and a maximum of 2 children and can be rented separately.
Rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday.
