Welcome to the coziest and nicest Beach Villa 136, with heated private pool!                And not to forget we almost always have really nice weather.

Our villa is located in the beautiful park: Les Jardins Des Sables d'Olonne.  The park is generously landscaped with beautiful trees and many flowers and is perfectly maintained. 

The villa is fantastically furnished, fully equipped and it is very cozy; The beach atmosphere breathes your mood upon entering!
In the spring it was completely restyled, everything inside and outside was painted and an open kitchen was made. The kitchen is fully equipped and also fine pans, good sharp knives and beautiful cutlery. The crockery has also been renewed, so cozy.

The living room has also undergone a metamorphosis with new rugs, curtains and net curtains. Beautiful atmospheric lighting,  you would like to live there...... so beautiful!

The bedrooms, 3 in total, have also been transformed into very cozy rooms in which you will certainly feel at home. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the third room has two single beds.

The bathrooms have also been renovated to today's requirements. Downstairs with a bath and a shower and upstairs only a shower and toilet.

Our garden is also super cozy, beautiful seating areas, luxurious dining area, nice sunbeds. We have a weber BBQ but also a Big Green Egg. You can easily grill beautiful Jumbo shrimps or a tasty chicken on it. Really enjoy, it is that there is such a beautiful seaside resort, otherwise you would not leave home.

The town, Les Sables d'Olonne, is beautifully situated on a beautiful bay with a wide sandy beach of a few kilometers.  The city is accessible via a beautiful cycling and walking route along the rugged rocky coast of the Vendée, to the beach, with cozy beach bars.

In July and August, the city is very vibrant every evening with various live performances on the boulevard in the evening  , with many stalls and terraces, which is also so cozy. We have a beautiful marina, of course also with many terraces and tasty fresh fish directly from the fish auction, which is next door. 

Activities: 5 golf courses, several beaches, also for nudists, beautiful cycling routes along the beach, 2 casinos (One built by Eiffel, from the Eiffel Tower, in that style), cinema, jeux de boule, mini golf, tennis. Furthermore, Zoo de Sables, Aquarium de la Rochelle, Shell Museum. Near Surfschool Surfzone, for children from 4 to 8 years per hour and for the elderly 1.5  hours by English-speaking certified teachers. Skydiving, Marais Poitevin nature reserve, Puy de Fou, the beautiful island: ÎI de Ré near La Rochelle, anyway there is really more to do than you expect.

Whatever is nice for you, with us you pay the price and nothing else and we are not the cheapest but we really have the nicest villa, you will talk about that for a long time. The habit (just like flying) is often that there are all kinds of things added such as cleaning, tourist tax, making beds, high chair, service package, booking costs, etc........., not with us.
