Beautiful 6-person detached villa in a large, south-facing, garden with lots of privacy and a (heated) swimming pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, shower and hair dryer and 1 with shower), a spacious living room with open kitchen (which is fully equipped including a Dolce-Gusto machine). We were able to complete the upgrading of the living room and garden in 2023. The living room has new furniture, all mattresses in the bedrooms have been replaced and the garden furniture has been modernized. The photos give you a good impression of the new situation.
In the living room there is a full HD Smart TV, on which you can choose from a very extensive channel package. In the storage room is the private washing machine with various detergents.
Since the end of 2018, there has been a well-functioning internet in the park, after all villas have been connected to the fiber optic network.
At the reception is the restaurant La Table de Villeneuve. There is also a playground, a jeu de boules court and a tennis court.
You may come in the first place for the sea and the beach, but in the area it is good cycling and golf (5 courses in different categories) One of our guests has described them one by one in our guestbook. During your stay, also discover the Puy du Fou mega-theme park, the beauty of La Rochelle, the Grandeur of Nantes and the silence of the island of Noirmoutier. As you can see, all the ingredients for a great holiday are there.
