If, for any reason, the tenant cannot, is unwilling or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, the tenant must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification must always be confirmed in writing or by e-mail to the owner.
If the renter cancels the contract within the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable for 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only informs on the start day or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.
