On the beautifully landscaped Domaine Les Demeures du Luc, located in the Luberon nature reserve, we rent out our holiday villa with private pool.
The villa has an attractively furnished living room with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a TV with all Dutch channels in HD quality. You also have access to a Wi-Fi network.
The modern open kitchen includes a combi oven-microwave, a dishwasher and induction hobs. From the kitchen and from the living room you have access to the very spacious terrace through French doors
From the kitchen you have access to the garage where you can use a washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one of which has a double sink and a bath and the other has a single sink and a shower. There is also a separate second toilet on the first floor.
All bedrooms have air conditioning
From the very spacious largely covered terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley, the Luberon and the Alpilles.
The terrace features a long teak dining table with 10 chairs, a separate dining area with 4 chairs and lounge chairs.
In the beautifully landscaped garden with lavender, rosemary, roses, olive trees and oleanders is the heated private swimming pool (8x4), which can be closed by an electric cover. There is also a lovely outdoor shower for refreshment. By the pool there are comfortable sun loungers and a large parasol.
The garden is attractively lit at night.
The villa is located on a Domaine with 44 detached villas. Most owners come from the Netherlands and Belgium.
You will be kindly welcomed by the Dutch manager couple upon arrival. They provide a bread service in high season and you can contact them for towel and linen rental and all your questions about the Domaine and the surrounding area.
The Domaine has a communal tennis court, jeu de boules court and a large swimming pool with children's pool.
At the reception there is the possibility to rent a BBQ.
