Villa Sol

The spacious Villa Sol is beautifully located in the northern part of the "Hauts de Bélézy" (naturist settlement) near the typical Provençal village of Bédoin at the foot of Mont Ventoux. 

To the south of the housing estate is the amusement park, which can be reached in a few minutes (500 m) on dirt roads, with two pools, a children's paddling area, tennis courts, volleyball courts, football field, table tennis tables, children's playground, sauna and, in summer, entertainment for young and old. 

The detached villa offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, conservatory, roof terrace/solarium (with views of Mont Ventoux), south, east and west facing.

Parking and garage directly at the house!

Ground floor:

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Hint:

The rental prices from June to September include access to the holiday park .

Cancellation:

If the guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the host by email (even if they have already informed the host by phone, for example).

Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:

    Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
    Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
    Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
    Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest informs the host only at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rental property (any longer), he remains liable to pay the full rental price.

In the surrounding area there are numerous old small towns worth seeing and visiting, which captivate visitors with their architecture and construction.
