Villa Taradel is a spacious, comfortably furnished Provencal villa for up to 8 people, located in a quiet and green location in the hills of Taradeau with stunning views. Via a picturesque road up from the village, past the characteristic tower of Taradeau, you turn into a dead end road that leads to the villa. This is accessible via two entrance gates: one from a small parking lot and a second, slightly higher, via the extension of the road up the mountain.
Upon entering the villa you enter a small hall. On the right side of the hall there are three bedrooms and a separate toilet. The bedrooms have sufficient closet space and air conditioning. Two of those bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with shower and sink. The third bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom with bath, bidet and double sink.
On the left side of the hall is the living room with air conditioning, with a cozy sitting area around the fireplace and a large dining table for 8 people. The semi-open kitchen connects seamlessly to this and is equipped with all conveniences. French doors give access to the various terraces around the house, so you can enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day – whether you want to have breakfast in the morning sun or drink a glass of rosé at dusk.
Next to the front door is a separate entrance to the fourth bedroom. This room is simple, but offers privacy and has air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet – ideal for those who want to be a little more to themselves. Villa Taradel has free good WIFI throughout the house.
Around the villa are several terraces, each with their own atmosphere, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and colorful flowers. There is also a large BBQ available. The private swimming pool (9 x 4 meters) is located a little lower in the garden and is equipped with plenty of sunbeds. Next to the pool is an extra room with washing machine, an extra fridge and an extra toilet and shower – handy if you relax by the pool during the day.
Villa Taradel is a wonderful place for those looking for peace, space and the real Provencal outdoor life, with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The house is ideally located: quiet and surrounded by nature with stunning views and within walking distance of a real French village. At the same time, popular seaside resorts such as Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus are easily accessible (35 minutes by car), so you can effortlessly alternate between relaxing in peace and quiet or enjoying a day at the beach and liveliness by the sea!
