Would you like to spend your holiday on the Côte d'Azur in a luxury 5-star villa suitable for 2 to 10 people? Preferably with a nice village within walking distance (La Motte), the beach half an hour's drive away and near the well-known St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice. You've found that place! And then also with complete peace, privacy and a large private swimming pool. And thanks to its location on the hill, you have a great view from all rooms. Welcome to Villa Solange!
The fenced area of no less than 4000 m2 gives you complete freedom. The combination of luxury, authenticity, privacy, silence and the option to go on an adventure, makes "the house on the hill" your Provencal paradise.
THE LAYOUT
On the ground floor is the large living room with characteristic high ceiling, original Louis XIV door and many windows. The full-width sliding doors open onto the spacious and sunny terrace (including great views). Everything is pure Provençal and yet modern, cozy and luxurious. You can also relax on the couch or grab a book or a game from the cupboard. And of course there is super fast WIFI.
The kitchen is a large, separate room and equipped with all the desired appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a hob. There is enough crockery for 12 people.
On the ground floor you will also find the spacious and luxurious bathroom, a separate toilet and 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom for 2 people has a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms have two luxury box-spring beds, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors that open onto the terrace.
On the 1st floor there is a second luxury bathroom and two large bedrooms, both with patio doors to the landing. The rooms have box-spring beds, air conditioning and spacious storage spaces. In one of the rooms there are 2 cots available. From the platform with a seat you have a panoramic view over the valley and the mountains. This floor also gives complete privacy from the rest of the house.
The towels are ready and we make the beds for you. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
ENJOY THE OUTDOORS
The large terrace extends over the full width of the villa. It is partly covered, so you can choose to seek the sun or the shade. The long outdoor table with comfortable chairs, the two large sofas and the various chairs and stools offer enough seats for everyone. On the terrace is also the grill plate for outdoor cooking (open fire is not allowed due to fire hazard). The large swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters has an organic shape, stairs and both a deep and a shallow part. Around the pool you will find the second terrace with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas and a seating area. Plenty of space in the sun and shade.
Around the villa you can walk or play. Children love to go up the hill and play among the trees. There is also a swing and all kinds of toys in the garage (including a ping-pong table). As extra facilities we have prepared games: 3 golf sets, jeu de boules sets, children's bikes, etc. Use it freely.
LOCATION
Villa Solange is located on a hill, on a private road, and is closed with a large, electric gate. You have a private car park for 4 to 5 cars. Do you have an electric car? In the village of La Motte there are 2 charging stations, 5 minutes from the villa. Opposite the charging stations is also the bakery and a terrace. There is a lot to do in the immediate vicinity, such as golfing at resort St. Endreol, hiking at Roquebrune or to the beach and the azure blue sea. Golf, hiking, cycling. Everything is possible within a radius of 3 km. There are brochures with tips in the villa.

Villa Solange, the house on the hill, is a dream villa with enough space for a large group, such as 2 families, a family with children and grandchildren or a group of golfers/hikers.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by John, the Dutch-speaking host. After your stay, we will make the house completely ready again. The cleaning costs of € 150 per stay and the washing of the linen and towels at € 15 p.p. can be paid in cash on departure. On the day of arrival you are welcome from 16.00 hours, the departure time is 10.00 hours.
After your booking you will receive a confirmation. And well before your arrival we will send an email with all the details. Your luxury holiday on the Côte d'Azur can begin!
