The apartment is completely independent with a bathroom, toilet, full kitchen and is equipped for 6 people.
It is also important for you to know: the upper house and/or apartment are never rented to different guests so your privacy is guaranteed (so if you only rent the upper house, no other tenants will come into the apartment).
