This cozy, comfortable and spacious holiday home is located on the banks of the Tarn. The house has all modern comforts and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. From sunrise until late in the evening you can relax on the terrace overlooking the impressive Tarn. The picture is complete with a glass of delicious red or slightly sparkling white wine from a local winery.

The Tarn also offers numerous opportunities for water recreation such as boat trips, kayak and canoe, pedalo, paddle board or splashing in the clear water (free during the summer in a demarcated and supervised area 30 m from the house, paying in the aqua park just there next). Anglers can also enjoy themselves here because the Tarn is a very fish-rich river and the house has its own pontoon. Within 300 m there are tennis courts, ping-pong tables, a golf club and a playground. You can also go bowling and horse riding there.
Anyone who loves culture should definitely explore the beautiful pink city of Albi (a UNESCO world heritage site) and plan a day trip to the lively and hip city of Toulouse. It is definitely recommended to visit the beautiful bastides (fortified medieval villages): Cordes-sur-Ciel, Penne, Castelnau de Montmiral, ...
Culinarily, the region has a lot to offer with countless restaurants serving superb regional dishes, often accompanied by the local drink. In Aiguelèze (Rivières), local producers welcome you every Monday evening during the summer to enjoy their delicious products, with musical entertainment. In Gaillac there is an aperitif concert on Friday evening. It is pleasant to stay here, in any season, during the winter you can also enjoy an aperitif on a sunny terrace. Anyone who really wants to experience 'living like God in France' will have a unique opportunity to do so in this beautiful region.
