The Gite 'Le Sauvignon' is located on our small and friendly domain PuechBlanc. Le Sauvignon is a super Gite with an open space has lots of light and overlooks the vineyards with a private terrace that faces south.
The luxury kitchen has a cooking island from where there is a nice view to the outside.
There is also an air fryer, large refrigerator, a new Krups coffee machine and plenty of workspace so that delicious dishes can be prepared.
The space is divided into a bathroom with double sinks, large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a beautiful wooden floor, oak beams and a lovely large bed (1.80x2.00 ) that can also be used as 2 single beds. In the gite there are also wonderful reading books, magazines and tips for the area. Le Sauvignon has a private terrace located on the southwest, ideal for relaxing, reading a book and enjoying our delicious Gaillac wines. There is also plenty of shade. The terrace has sun loungers, dining table and chairs. Puech Blanc is built with limestone and it stays nice and cool inside. Free WIFI
Our wine farm is located in the golden triangle of 'Gaillac', 'Cordes sur Ciel' and 'Albi'; 45 minutes north of Toulouse.
You can enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing, golfing, wine tasting, dancing, playing jeu-de-boules, good food, visiting beautiful villages and Albi, visiting flea markets and markets and relaxing by the pool or on your private terrace.
We try to be as conscious as possible with our beautiful garden; You can pick fruit such as cherries, figs and apples. Get tomatoes and herbs from the garden. We don't use poison in the garden, have a compost bin for the guests too and our goose eats stale bread and pasta!
Ian gets fresh bread and croissants every morning so that everyone doesn't have to go to the bakery separately.
We have also converted the bread oven as a small shop where you can buy local products such as organic wine from Gaillac, honey, lentils, sunflower oil and homemade jams.
