Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Firm booking is strict, no refunds will be made if the holidaymaker cancels his reservation.

A rental contract will be made and sent by email after booking.

Options (not mandatory) will be offered to you in the rental contract: end-of-stay cleaning at 60€ - beds made on arrival: 12€ - towel: 4€

A deposit of 600€ will be requested when the keys are handed over, it will be returned to you at the end of the stay after verification of the apartment.
