The house has a separate kitchen and very spacious lounge / dining room with fireplace. Bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet are on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom, a small room with a French bed and a larger room with 2 beds, 1 of which is a French bed. You can comfortably stay with 5 people.
The house is very conveniently located for Paris (1.5 hours drive with parking next to the Eiffel Tower), the coast (1 hour), Rouen (40min), Amiens (30min) etc.
All shops, the supermarket and the market with local products can be found within a 5-minute drive in Formerie.
Features: your own house in your own enclosed garden of 4500m2 with lots of privacy. No other houses or owner on your property. Neighbors are hardly visible. Not suitable for small children / babies (there are no high chair, playpen, cots, etc.). You must bring your own bed linen and towels. There is no washing machine.
