Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for any reason, the tenant cannot, is unwilling or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, the tenant must inform the landlord immediately. A notification must always be confirmed in writing: by e-mail, by SMS to the owner.
If the renter cancels the contract within the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable for 30% of the rental price; In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks, 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 90%.

The villa benefits from a privileged location in the prestigious Golf de Saint-Cyprien, a 200-hectare green setting between the sea and the lagoon.

The Golf: Directly accessible, the estate offers two courses (the "Forest" 18 holes and the "Pond" 9 holes) adapted to all levels, in a preserved wild setting.

Grand Stade Les Capellans: Less than 5 minutes away, this renowned sports complex welcomes you for games of tennis (outdoor and covered courts), padel, squash.
Horse riding: Several equestrian centres surround the golf course for unforgettable walks between the reed beds and the seaside.
Fine sandy beaches: Only 5 minutes by car (or 10 minutes by bike via the cycle paths), enjoy the 6 km of supervised beaches of Saint-Cyprien, labelled "Blue Flag".

The Marina: One of the largest in the Mediterranean. You will find sailing schools, scuba diving, boat rentals and cruise departures to Collioure.

Board sports: The region is famous for its kitesurfing and windsurfing spots.
Collioure (15 min): Don't miss this jewel of the Côte Vermeille, cradle of Fauvism, its famous bell tower and its colourful streets.

Catalan heritage: Explore the cloister of Elne, the Palace of the Kings of Majorca in Perpignan or cross the border to visit the Dalí Museum in Figueres (Spain) just 45 minutes away.

Wild nature: Go hiking in the Albères massif, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean.
Gastronomy: Many restaurants can be found around the port and in the village, ranging from beach "straw huts" to gastronomic tables.

Local markets: The famous Saint-Cyprien market (Friday mornings at the port) is a must to discover the products of the Catalan terroir (apricots, Roussillon wines, anchovies).

Amenities: Supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies can be reached in 3 minutes.
Access: Perpignan TGV station 20 minutes away / Perpignan airport 25 minutes away.
Saint-Cyprien is a resort perfectly equipped for cyclists with its many secure paths. Although the car is convenient, cycling is still the best way to discover the lagoon and access the beaches without worrying about parking.

Distances to rent your bikes:
Radius of 1 to 2 km (3 min by car / 15 min on foot): Several professional rental companies are located at the entrance to the Capellans area and towards the port.
Services available: You will find electric bikes (highly recommended for the area), hybrid bikes and children's bikes.

Access to the slopes: A cycle path passes in the immediate vicinity of the villa and allows you to reach the seafront in less than 10 minutes.
