Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for any reason, the tenant cannot, is unwilling or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, the tenant must inform the landlord immediately. A notification must always be confirmed in writing: by e-mail, by SMS to the owner.

The beach of Argelès-sur-Mer is one of the most popular beaches in the Occitanie region, located in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, near the Spanish border. It is renowned for its fine sand and clear water, providing an ideal setting for water activities, swimming and idleness.

Fine sand and wide expanse: The beach is long, with about 7 kilometers of sand, which makes it possible to find quieter spaces even in high season.
Water activities: Here you will find many opportunities for water sports, such as jet-skiing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, and kite-surfing. Sailing schools are also present.
Supervised beach: During the summer season, lifeguards are present to ensure the safety of swimmers.
Lively family atmosphere: The seaside is equipped with many infrastructures such as restaurants, bars, shops, and playgrounds for children.
View of the mountains: Argelès-sur-Mer offers a beautiful view of the Albères, a mountain range that flows into the Mediterranean Sea.

The Château de Valmy sector is the green lung of Argelès. It is a quiet residential area, on the heights, offering fresher air than on the coast in the middle of August. The Castle Park: Accessible on foot, this municipal park is magnificent with its fountains, shaded areas and playgrounds. The Eagles of Valmy: An unmissable show of birds of prey. History: The castle is a masterpiece by the architect Viggo Dorph-Petersen.

The Valmy district: A prestigious setting

Although you are calm, the sea is very close:

Le Racou: The most authentic district of Argelès with its sand houses and its "village" atmosphere. It is also the start of the coastal path.

Central Beach: For those who love entertainment, beach clubs and shops.

Portells Coves: For more privacy, accessible by the path between Argelès and Collioure.

Coastal Path: An exceptional hike that connects Argelès to Collioure (about 2 hours of walking). The landscapes of the Côte Vermeille are spectacular.

The Albères Massif: Many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from Valmy. You can climb up to the Tour de la Massane for a 360° view of the Roussillon plain and Spain.

The Argelès Adventure Park: For tree climbing, located less than 5 minutes away by car.

Wine tasting: The Château de Valmy estate produces excellent wines (AOC Côtes du Roussillon). A tasting in the cellar is a must for your tenants.

Collioure (10 minutes away): The city of painters (Matisse, Derain) is the immediate neighbour. Strolling through its colourful streets and visiting the Royal Castle is a must.

Local markets: The traditional market of Argelès-Village (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) is perfect for discovering the products.

Mobility: The department's "€1 bus", very practical for getting around at a low price.

Train: The Argelès-sur-Mer train station is well served, facilitating the arrival of tenants without a car (even if the parking is a plus for the locals).

Shops: Supermarkets and services are less than 5 minutes away by car (Argelès-Village).
