Intimate, quietly located, sunny gîte for 2 people in Lower Normandy (= Southern Normandy), an hour's drive from the famous Mont Saint Michel.
From the dining/laptop bar and through the patio doors that open to the outside, you have a view of the south, meadows, grain fields and a last piece of primeval forest via the terrace.
The gîte is located on the edge of the Parc Naturel Regional, where there is a lot of walking, cycling and canoeing.
The garden is about 8000 m2 in size. The area around the gîte has a surface area of 2000 m2. The sun is on the terrace from 9.30 am until sunset. A large old oak tree provides a nice cool place if necessary.
The kitchenette is compact, has a refrigerator, a double hob, a microwave and an airfryer. Next to it is a hanging or work bar with a view. Toilet and a sink in the shower room. The cool bedroom has a double bed. In the adjoining room is a washing machine and bicycles can be stored.
