Gite Rouge is a 8 person holiday home with 2 bathrooms. From 2014 we have completely renovated and enlarged the holiday home. The living room has a large lowered sitting area, there is a loft and 5 bedrooms. There is also a large private area with terraces and outdoor furniture. On the front terrace you can enjoy the view with rolling hills. On the rear terrace is a fixed charcoal bbq.
You can visit the Normandy beaches and their history a short distance away, shop in Caen or Falaise or swim in the nearby lake of Rabodanges.
You can also pick blackberries, raspberries, apples and pears on site in the autumn.

Nearby there is always a local flea market (vide grenier) where you can walk around endlessly looking for old French things.

We are a Dutch couple and live in Friesland. In 2014 we became the owner of Gite Rouge and since then we have been happy to host this holiday home to you. We have renovated the entire house and enlarged it into a nice holiday home with 2 bathrooms and spacious cozy spaces. From here you can make nice trips, enjoy the peace and the view, view the (war) beaches and shop.
