Once upon a time, bread was baked in our gîte for the farm workers, later the house served as a cowshed. We found a large owl there on the day of viewing. Now, after a thorough renovation, it is up to our guests to feel at home. In the summer nice with the garden doors open and in the winter nice in front of the wood stove.
We have removed the most usable square meters from the house by making the bedroom on a loft. But beware! The stairs to the sleeping loft are steep, which is why it is unfortunately not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
The nice kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, Nespresso machine etc, etc. You will lack nothing during your stay. So cook or enjoy breakfast with a view of the fields with cows. And for the guests who can't do without their internet, we of course have wifi. We also have a TV with Chromecast.
We have furnished the gîte with furniture and things that we found at the local flea markets. So no modern interior but cozy in French style with today's comfort. It is a mix of classic and modern and we have left the original details intact as much as possible.
The garden is fully fenced and you have a beautiful panoramic view. There is a cozy picnic table and there are 2 lovely relaxed chairs.
In the summer months we also have a mini campsite with 8 places. For adults only.
